Power without accountability: NAC Empty Power without accountability: NAC

NAC is one body in which people are appointed to be its members, but without them being accountable to Parliament or government. However, they still formulate policies bringing in only their prejudices into play.

Either NAC should be made formal by modifying it to be as an arm of the government OR disbanded.
