This is a propaganda song, probably made by TRS. The assignment for you is to estimate the percentage of non-Telugu words in the song.


On a more serious note, this is the real issue with bifurcation: the entire promise that the leaders of Telangana are making to their rural people is the idea of bringing more river water. And that is a zero-sum game, because there is no extra water in the rivers that T farmers can get without depriving A farmers of the same water.
