The fukular govt of India is preparing for launching Chandrayan II with an "all Indian effort". Let us hope that it would be an all out success.

When I was a kid in India, there was a cartoon in the news paper showing Tumba launching a manned space shuttle to Moon and it landing in no time!
  The astronauts, when they came out were greeted by people who looked like them, there was a dog peeing on a lamp post and a buffalo emptying itself. Amazed, the astronauts tell each other that ancient Hindians with their high science & technology must have colonized Moon!

I was looking forward to this mission. Now it will be pushed back by at least several years.
