Hope they won't build a Fatehpur Sikri in Ongole (there is no drinking water source in the vicinity). The moghul emperor Akbar built a capital in fatehpur Sikri (near Agra) and abandoned it in a few years for lack of water. Interestingly I see some ads on the internet placed in Dubai for Ongole lands and real estate. Looks like the gold rush is on.
