The girl is an adult and she's doing it out of her free will. No one is forcing her to do it. Her customers are willing to pay whatever she is charging for her services. What's the problem here? Who is the govt to decide what's moral and what's immoral?
The only immoral act here is that she's not paying taxes on her earnings. Who is to be blamed for that?

I am all for making prostitution regularised and legal.

The only reason anyone would anyone pay 1.5 lakhs for this kind of service is to be able to brag about having sex with an IPL cheerleader.

Of course one can always lie about it.

I had a Telugu Brahmin classmate who used to visit Kollywood actresses during Summer vacation. He was always bragging about having screwed an actress.

That said, rupee value is fast depreciating. 1.5 lakhs isn't an insane amount.
