The Hajj (Arabic: حج‎ Ḥaǧǧ "pilgrimage") or haj is the largest gathering of people in the world every year,[1][2] and one of the five pillars of Islam, a religious duty that must be carried out by every able-bodied Muslim who can afford to do so at least once in his or her lifetime.[3] The state of being physically and financially capable of performing the Hajj is called istita'ah and a Muslim who fulfils this condition is called a mustati........
If Koran itself says you do hajj only if you can afford to do it, why the dole called subsidy?  Even assuming the dole is worked into the Koranic injunction, you are required to do it just once in your lifetime, why demand the subsidy everytime you go?
