How to solve India's toilet problem cheaply and efficiently

Narendra Modi has said that toilets first and temples later, which is very noble. But how do you solve such a huge problem quickly and efficiently? Here's one way to do it.

Build 2 railway tracks - one for running trains and the other for public pooping. No trains should be allowed to run on poop rails, so patrons can relieve themselves without fear of being shredded apart by an oncoming freight train just when they are getting a doozy out after applying intense pressure. That would be a bummer.

What if someone wants to go to temple first, and then to toilet (to follow "madi":-)

Then they would have to follow the yellow line.
