How can the Police arrest such  attempts of "Secular" creativity in India?

Although one does wonder why the creativity by MF Husain or Aamir Khan does not include Prophet Mohammed or other folks important in Islam OR why Aamir Khan does  not do any Satyameva Jayate Episodes on the Ills (there are quite a few there) among the Muslim community ?
