I don't think that he will do that. Everyone knows that there is no future in TDP for anyone other than CBN/Lokesh. Even jr NTR was forced out.
OTOH , he will lose some of his fans who support other parties. It is a lose-lose situation for him.

If TDP and BJP join hands and declare that they are not opposed to the formation of Telangana, but only if and when it is a fair divide (fair divide = UT status for hyderabad and the equal distribution of its revenues to everyone, fair deal on water and power, etc), then they are likely to win the favor of SA people and trump the jagan guy.
