Andhra leaders should learn from Kodandaram and KCR. Call all deaths during the rain as suicides and put the blame on Telangana bifurcation. Complain that Seemandhra has been neglected since 1956 and ask CONmen for money to build rain shelters and infrastructure for each village on the coastal belt, compensation for loss to crops, collapse of homes, etc. Show video footage of Rajiv's, Indira's and Nehru's statues being submerged in water and falling off. Pronto! Action will be taken immediately by madam and the prince.
