Specifically, should people vote in elections for candidates and political parties which are in favor of

(1) continuing the Govt’s casteist and discriminatory policy of quotas and privileges in education and jobs to people on the basis of their caste (ancestral / family occupational tag long ago), instead of giving Govt. help to a person on the basis of his / her poor economic condition (being / living near or below the poverty line); and

(2) continuing the Govt's communalist and divisive policy of separate religious laws for different communities in the country, instead of having the Govt. implement UCC (Uniform Civil Code … one law for everyone, irrespective of religion, race, gender and caste)?
