Most of the time we find these jerks blame it on the drink.
I think these perverts use that as an excuse.

I have tips for Tarun Tejpal:

he should insist he used only one finger (CCTV could have caught the number of fingers).

He could ask the girl which two fingers and stump her

He could ask her the size of his nails.

He could ask her to describe how she felt as that could relate to nail length.

He could ask her about the direction the lift was facing

He could ask her to give the sequence of "pressing buttons" on the lift

He can ask her which hand he used first to pull down the underwear...

I bet the girl will cry and get confused...

..and thusly Tejpal can prove his innocence.
