sinha makes perfect sense. The government should not be interfering in the private affairs of two consenting adults who are foreign citizens, whether related to the bedroom or employment. The maid's contract was drawn up in India, the maid was under liberty to leave when she liked, there was no coercion involved. It was just a case of US government being a stickler for rules. If we wanted to be a stickler for rules we could have arrested homos left and right.

One of my cousins worked for a mega code coolie company. He was paid 1/2 the money in Dollars and the other half in Rs to his parents in India. His contract stated he was getting all his salary in dollar terms.

How can someone pay 4500$ / mo with a salary of 4000$. shows the state Dept goofed up in its math and did not ask for clarification.

Oh...BTW, you also lied in your Visa, GC, and Citizenship applications.
