Considering that the present Chief Justice of India is from Tamil Nadu this is a pretty ridiculous demand.

If your Ummah can claim discrimintion despite mamy muslims holding high posts, then Tamilan demand is also fair.

She will do a better job as PM than what MMS, Charan Singh, Chandrasekhar and I.K. Gujral did.

Btw what was Charan Singh's qualification to be the PM? Had he ever visited the south?

i know JJ is more competent than many other indian politicians but you can't make a a demand that the PM has to be or should be from my state. what will happen if every one starts saying the same thing. there has not been a PM from TN, true, but that also holds good for other indian states like West Bengal, Maharashtra, etc.

And even though no tamil has been PM, there have been tamils who have become Presidents in the past.

Why doesn't aiadmk say they want jaya lalita to be made pm? why beating around the bush?
will jj behave after court cases are resolved? will she restart sasikala operation after court cases?
