BJP will not invite US Ambassador to the Modi rallly (it planned to invite before) because Indian diplomat Devayani who broke US laws in US was arrested.

Yet BJP state gov of MP invited Lankan President to open a Budda Vihara though tens of thosands of Tamils were slaughted by army when he is president and he took responsibility of all army actions.
