"Mohammed Hamid alias Raja, has been sent to police custody till February 3 by the court. We are on the look-out for the rest of the accused in the gang-rape case," Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime) Pallab Kanti Ghosh said.

Hamid, a drug addict, was arrested last evening in connection with the gang-rape and had also admitted his crime, Kolkata Police Commissioner S K Purakayastha had said yesterday.

Looks like it was a different gang rape that took place in West Bengal a few days ago i.e January 19th.
