KANPUR: Students of government primary schools in Etawah, the native district of chief minister Akhilesh Yadav, could get misled about the year Mahatma Gandhi was assassinated. Call it printer's devil, the primary textbooks supplied to government schools put the date as January 30, 1941.

Do you mean there are other places in the world, outside India, where there is a very high percentage of reservations / quotas (almost 50%) in education and jobs according to caste (ancestral occupation tag)?
