Rahul beta PM of India. Like someone described Lincoln, Sonia (aka Congress Party / UPA) is like a hedgehog in heat. She is focused on one thing, and one thing only.  


The government clarified that there was no question of replacing the current caste-based reservation system with an economic criteria-based quota regime.
