The PhD saga in India is a real Tamasha.... I assume that "Synopsis" is akin to "PhD thesis proposal" in US. I am not sure how involved these "propessors" are with their PhD students.

BTW, I saw a small Pizza shop named "PhD Pizza hut Driver" in Bangalore.
