That's impressive considering only 20% of the population are "connected."
Imagine what happens if more than 50% are into facebook, twitter, etc. Notwithstanding which party the candidates represent, they will have no future if they are above the Indian retirement age (60?). That may be a good thing for the country. Is it not pathetic watching MMS talk?

Being on the internet gives you an impression like BJP is going to win. Lot of supporters. But then congress wins.

If more people were on the internet, then yes, these campaigns will be more effective.
