Millions of more Americans got health coverage

There are still millions who make bare minimum but could not afford the premiums. Additionally, it is not available to those that don't have ANY jobs. So, out of 37+ million uninsured only 5.4 or 7 million if Obamacare fully enrolls as anticipated.

So what happens to the other 30 million uninsured?
