Walking on the streets of Varanasi, Rahul meets Kejriwal and says, "Jhaadoo maaro".

In response, Kejriwal says something that leads to Rahul complaining to the EC.

The EC analyzes the issue and decides that Kejriwal hasn't said anything that warrants EC's intervention. 

Rahul goes into hiding and his mother and sister start campaigning on his behalf.
