In India, we have only one Supreme Court. This is located in the capital of India i.e. in Delhi. There was a proposal some time back to have benches of the Supreme Court in different parts of India, but the court in its wisdom said that to do so 'would affect the country's unitary character'.

Notice that in Pakistan there do exist different benches of the Supreme Court. The existence of different benches of Supreme Court in Pakistan has created all sorts of problem in that country including the removal of Chief Justice of Pakistan Sajjad Ali Shah. This removal was facilitated by the rebellion of the Quetta Bench and subsequently of the Peshawar Bench of the Supreme Court of Pakistan against their own Chief Justice.
