This might go the Pringles (uniformly shaped potato chips) way. Idli should look like idli - white/fluffy with condiments separately on the side; dosa should like dosa - thin/crispy/brown; and vada should look like vada - with a hole in the middle and all. Otherwise they are not satisfying. Obviously I am "right-leaning" on these matters.  Smile
