..ISIS claims mass executions - instills deadly fear in the inefficient Iraqi forces.

Bush Sr.. leveled Iraq and defanged Saddam, destroyed his nuke program, but let him run the country. It worked for 10 years.

Then Dubya hoists WMD story, destroys Saddam and messed up the whole thing...and now THIS.

Looks like the US has no choice but to rely on ruthless Assad and the Kurdish Pesh Merghas to take care of the ISIS. The ISIS can take over the northern Sunni region and control it like Waziristan.
