..Gupta was sentenced to a two-year prison sentence as well as $6 million in restitution to Goldman and a $5 million fine as a result of his criminal conviction....In a brief order, the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals rejected Gupta's claim that the penalty and ban were excessive.

REALLY.... 11 million $ is EXCESSIVE....That is less than 1/2 the bonus he made every year and 10% of the loot he made and 0.1% of the loss made by people in general.

Judge should have confiscated his entire wealth as restitution+penalty leaving him $1 mil and his 3-piece suit (plus his underwear).
