With Modi wave turning against casteism and voting in a casteless hindu way, CONg(i) is stupid to try the SAME OLD TRICK of quotaism. It is in for a terrible shockin state elections. Usually, a party that sweeps a general election, wins state elections if it is held within a year. It takes 2 to 3 yrs before the anti-incumbancy factor kicks in.
