In an interview to a Goa cable news channel on Friday which was telecast on Saturday, Mr Singh had said Mr Gandhi does not have a temperament suited to the ruling benches, "He is by temperament not a ruling person. He is by temperament someone who wants to fight injustice."   (from the above link)

Panaji: Senior Congress leader Digvijaya Singh has clarified his remark on Rahul Gandhi that criticised the party vice-president's governing abilities.

"I said he is always fighting injustice and therefore, he is not for power. He is to fight injustice. That is the different between us and him," Mr Singh said on Saturday evening.

So is Hazare .... fighting injustice / corruption, by going on hunger strikes (because he is not in power)
