"Lucknow: Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Dharamvir blamed the BJP for the tense situation in Moradabad on Saurday and said that the whole fiasco began after BJP called for mahapanchayat. He also mentioned that BJP MP Sarvesh Singh wanted to ‘polarise the situation ahead of the by-elections to be held in the state’. "
