Lost yet another lb since last week.  That makes it -4 lbs in last one month. Ya I know I know. Saagar mein se boond barabar. But hey. No rush here. I am happy with a pound a week piragaress. And that too w/o gymming last two weeks. Mostly by diet control. Keeping net calories ideally less than 1300/day, and below 1800 at aal caasts (that's my maintenance-calories). myfitnesspal.com rocks!
