One central capital and dispersed departments in all 13 districts? Empty One central capital and dispersed departments in all 13 districts?

Looks like the Sivaramakrishnan committee has convinced CBN that purchasing land near Vijayawada/Guntur at 1.5 crores per acre is wasteful. A really decentralized model may be taking place. If true, this will be very good for the state. While building the departments in each district with central funds, the state may benefit from other development that can take place. Revenue generation will also be spread out, unlike in the old state where Hyd generated most of the revenue.
