I'd imagine cricketers think up such instances and even talk about it often with their mates...it's an awesome catch, no doubt!

I vaguely remember reading a comic book/story as a kid about English cricket and in that the wicketkeeper is standing back when the ball nicks the bat and is looping down a few feet ahead of him when dives leg forward to meet the ball and kicks the ball up to catch it himself...IRL - that would be awesome too!

Matthews did something similar before too. I can recall that it was against Aussies..maybe during the WC or their tour there immediately preceding it.
