They are not allowing freedom of choice, expression and action.
They are hindering sikular thinking.
They are interfering with fukular activity.
They are blocking pieceful efforts to eradicate kafir-ism and infidel-ism across the globe.

CONmen and DKheads should march to Jantar Mantar, relieve themselves in the open, and protest against the arrest of sikular and pieceful jihadis.

The way you handle this is to take the "youth" to his family, confiscate his passport and get him a one-way ticket to Syria/Heaven and inform the family that they are responsible for the expected loss of their loved ones. If any damage is caused to India(ns), then teh family will be held accountable.

Sorry...that is the way it is going to be.. rememebr how israelis bulldozed the houses of the palestinian terrorists and the Ruskies and Chinese punished the families - which the Koran also recommends?
