May be Pakis should go for a plebiscite in Beluchisthan, Sindh, Gilgit, PoK, etc., as well.

I suppose, mien Mani Shankar Ayer supports Pakis.

I think they should go ahead and conduct a plebiscite in every state in Pakistan - starting with their Northern territories, and then put pressure on India.

Yes there is a legal issue, but ONLY with Pakistan Occupied Kashmir. The issue here being the Maharaja acceded the state, when a portion of it was invaded by Pakistan.

The accession of J&K to India is final.


But there is another issue though. Balochisthan never acceded to Pakistan. So it is unique compared to other Pakistani states, similar to Pakistan Occupied Kashmir. 


So essentially it is being occupied by Pakistan for the past 6 decades. So if at all we need a plebiscite, it should be in Balochisthan to figure out if they really want to be part of a country belonging to their occupiers.


Pakistan is one country which has occupied two states and got away with it. I hope the world remembers this. Thanks to Paki antics, a lot of people are going to look into the history and find out about all this.
