Businesses are finding it untenable to continue in Hyderabad. But the AP politicians are trying to cling to the city even making new investments for AP govt. offices and even for their residences. All this when Vijayawada has been already named as the "temporary capital" (which was later picked as "the" capital too).

This was anticipated before the bifurcation. However, selfish KCR and Telangana politicians wanted to make money for themselves in a separate state.

Why should it be surprising if investors from AP move back to their region if the business scene becomes better there?

If you look back at the 1960's, all major newspapers were in Vijayawada, not Hyderabad. Vijayawada was the headquarters for SCR, not Hyderabad. Vijayawada was the biggest business hub in the state, not Hyderabad. Educational institutions in Vizag, Guntur, Machilipatnam, Rajahmundry, Kakinada, Nellore, Baptla, etc., were more prominent than any in Hyderabad.

After being kicked in the grin twice, the people of AP have finally realized that they should develop their own native places. Good days are ahead for AP. CBN is not boasting when he says that he will make AP one of the top 3 states in the country. If the people put their mind to it, they can certainly achieve this.

this is old news getting press a little too late. businesses of all sizes have been suffering in telangana areas including hyd due to power woes & political instability for past 3+ yrs...I know things in hyderabad accelerated since formation. barchart admin's crusading heroes killed the golden goose for the next 20 yrs per my humble reckoning.

it's not just seemandhra ppl moving back, that migration is a small piece. it's the whole environment where power cuts for industry are arbitrarily enforced, license & permit related paperwork in govt offices not moving...the whole supply chain has seized up like you see during natural disasters, war etc. it's retarded
