Not Hindus, some sections of Hindus. Upper caste hindus want to reaffirm their dominance with upper caste party in power is the main reason IMO.

Upper caste guys wanna be dominant n therefore Hindus are radical.
Muslims have other challenges in India n therefore they are not radicalized.

That moron author is upset the modern day politics is not about religion and economic growth is getting everyone's attention. He wants us to live in the 90s and fight about religion n not progress.

Modi ain't the reformer that his supporters claim him to be, not much different from his predecessors when it comes to economic reforms. Let's wait and see before putting him on that grand economic pedestal (prematurely).

but it's alright for the author to judge him to be a hindu national who will be mean to muslims that will push them towards radicalization ?
swift decay of indian pluralism and decline of indian democracy is palpable since May 2014 ? everything was secular and democratic before modi became our PM?
hindu nationals woke up one morning and started killing muslims in 1992-93? muslims did not do anything that led to killings?
just like in 2002, muslims did not burn a train that led to riots. it was all hindus that started killin muslims for no reason.
