Why not extend the Swaccha Bharat idea to political discourse, cleaning the streets of harassers, rapists, traitors, etc.?

what does that mean?  Is that some kind of wish?  How would you clean streets of harassers or rapists or traitors? Any specific actions?

I meant it metaphorically. You can clean the streets of harassers etc with a little focus. I wonder whatever happened to those bus rapists in Delhi. The laws are already there on the books. They just need to be enforced.

I think Modiji should clean his tongue/rinse his mouth on a daily basis so poor Indians won't be subjected to a daily dose of his BS.

Yeah, all that needs to be done is just selling that idea to 90% of Indians. The other 10% are already sold.
