This is how Indian parliament should work - IDEALLY.

But look at the downside:

It will eat up so much of the Indian budget

Every year, there will be a clamour to add new languages and Indian parliament will have some 250 languages to deal with.

Then comes the big and small language issues (all languages are equal is good only in theory). In Euope there are some 5 to 8 MAJOR languages with big numbers. This in itself will be the start of a new problem.
