Since you are on the hallowed grounds (or near by), what is the ground reality in hyd?  

Is it all political noise or is there a real sense of andhra go back in hyderabad?

It is not overtly visible nor impacting any businesses owned by Andhra folks or the folks living in Hyd. Govt. employees are the ones seeing the impact as they will be forced to relocate beginning next year (Thanks to brainless Babu).

RE is still pretty much stagnated, not much of movement or sales in Hyd. KCR is returning the favors to Govt. employees by giving salary hikes and other incentives, so he will be seen in a positive light. Most of the T'ites are pumped up and are happy that they got T state and a few (that I'm aware of) are exploring opportunities to invest in A.P.

I don't think so. No RE transactions are made in Vijayawada area either, people are holding on to their properties, as they think prices will further go up.
