He says that he will KILL anyone who is caught offering a bribe to officials.  (లంచం ఇస్తే చంపేస్తా - LOL).

మా వూళ్ళొ, ఒకావిడ ఒక అమ్మాయిని, "మా దొడ్లో బాదం పళ్ళు కాజేస్తే కాళ్ళు విరగ కొడతాను" అని కోపడింది. ఆ అమ్మాయి, వాళ్ళ ఇంటి ముందు కూర్చొని "నాకాళ్ళు విరగగొట్టు" అని తిష్థ వేసింది. 

LOL.
