got headache from lack of sleep but cant sleep - solution?

Mortrin - 500 or more mg.
Alcohol.
Massage. - got one yday and cd have slept on the chair.
Sleep in full darkness.

alcohol is no-no, I get dehydrated. am gonna take sleeping pill early tonight.

Hey I use this trick when I have trouble sleeping. Go to bed close youreyes n count backwards from 100..99...98..85...zZzzz

I am not talking of a migraine. The sleep deprived headaches are fine to mess around with.

buttermilk aka chhancch (chaash) with salt and roasted cumin is known to induce sleep. My brother avoid taking it in day times. We've had so many debates over this. But looks like there might be some truth to it.

sorry, i can't workout when i have a headache or even a hangover. no way. Like if I drink up a lot on Saturday, I can't hit the gym on Sunday.

I agree...this is stress/lack of sleep related headache..am not gonna fuck with exercise and shit..that causes more headache with increased blood flow.
