Hope they successfully complete and release this film. I have heard reports that the film will feature a ragamalika in all the 72 melakarta ragas, and it will be sung by Balamuralikrishna! The only other such 72 melakarta raga song I am aware of was the one composed by Mahavaidyanatha Iyer in Sanskrit (MSS's rendering is available on CD).

I wonder how they would work into the movie such a long song in 72 ragas. I have MSS rendering the 72-raga song on CD and it runs close to an hour. Of course, if they are contemplating the movie song song as a background song (prema kosamai valalo padene, paapam pasivaadu- type), it could be worked in:-Smile
