Unitech and DLF are a scam! Empty Unitech and DLF are a scam!

FYI - India does NOT have even a single LAW to protect the right of buyers.

I got burnt myself, with one of the topmost stock listed companies.

Bought a 3 BHK in Noida with Unitech in 2006. With a written contract to deliver by 2009.

Today is 2015.

I can afford to wait, many others paying EMI + additional rent in India, reached media and courts.

The result?

Guess?

India does NOT have ANY law to protect US.

Consumer courts is what we are shown to. Some in Gurgaon have reached Supreme Court to get some compensation.

Its a scam, supported by law?
