South Africa won the toss and elected to bat. For NZ Henry comes in place of injured Milne (who was their fastest but inexperienced bowler).

Brilliant captaincy by McCullum, hope he will be a bit less aggressive in the finals, with his bat in particular. What a team! I've not seen any of the black caps take credit for their success or looked satisfied with what they've achieved so far. NZ batting depth is surprising. Top teams in this tournament are scoring at >10 run rate in last 10 overs.

Yup. They were saying NZ couldn't chase big targets as they haven't in this WC (except against BD). They are a well balanced team, in all 3 departments. But both teams weren't up to their best in fielding department yesterday, looks like pressure got to them.truthbetold wrote:NZ batting depth is surprising.
