yoga Empty yoga

for someone who thought applying lotion on every inch of her body daily was a decent stretch, doing real yoga after all those years is quite an eye opener. there are a lot of postures that i could do before, and can't do anymore. all the fat comes in the way. what to do.

Like flossing, when you bleed, you should floss more. In yoga when you can't stretch, you should stretch more.

last year i could do hand stands.. of course had to rest my feet against the wall, but the point is, i could bounce myself up for that and then stay there for about a minute, was a big deal for me, as i have poor upper body strength.

My wife is planning to be Yoga instructor, as a side hobby.

I have always had a problem with discipline all my life. But I am proud of her. From what I can tell, if she can get upside down now at the drop of the hat, it must be just practise, practise, and practise.
