Men who grow up in absence of women... Empty Men who grow up in absence of women...

Whether be without sisters, of if they grew up in lower strata of society infested with female infanticide, such men who have had very low exposure to women while growing up, tend to end up as a dangerous kind.

For example, I shall try to keep an eye to make sure that my daughter marries a man who has had a sister, while growing up. 

Rapes may happen in Delhi, but they are done by men from states around Delhi, almost always by low income group men who migrate for work.
