Rupee is tanking!

I have been yelling from rooftops to diversify out of the INR but nobody cares. That's ok. I'm used to the heckles and cackles. It's your money. I can only warn you of the risks. If you choose to jump into the trap, that's your prerogative.
Yes, the USD is doomed too...but the INR will be doomed well before the USD. For now and the near future, USD is probably the best place to hide.

yawn. heightened global risk of recession = flight to safety of the dollar. so what? it's normal cycle that's played out 10s of times in the past few years. am surprised you dont take credit for saying sun will set in the west today - why so modest?

Credit goes to me who predicted the heightened global risk of recession.
But in the INR's case, there is more to the story that just the heightened global risk of recession. There is the looming risk of a balance of payment crisis.
