Karnataka Government to Challenge Jayalalithaa's Acquittal in Corruption Case in Supreme Court

what does Uppili's crystal balls say?

aside- upps you ain't no iyengar and definitely not a kumbakonam type either- I infer this from your lame reply, using only wikipedia on thenkalai iyengars. so your journey continues with many more janmams, I am afraid Sad

It is surprising that K'taka CONmen are exposing themselves to future investigations into corruption cases by indulging in Jaya's case. Politics of K'nidhi-Soonya are the only reason why the case is tried in K'taka. Both are now paying a price for their own bad behavior. One state taking excessive interest in screwing politicians of other states is a very bad sign for federalism. It is also not smart politics.

now, in addition to the Cauvery issue, Karnataka will be accused of Elephant trapping.

i think BJP is trying to make JJ happy by tying up Swamy's hands and Congress trying to armtwist by threatening JJ. But Sonia-JJ hatred is well known.

SC ruling will further lead to a full bench appeal - either way. Expect JJ to call foe elections soon after her by-election victory.
