.....Many people in Kerala have started learning Hindi as the workforce in the state gets replaced by people from North and North Eastern states.

Wait...when southerners go to work in North they are expected to learn Hindi and they do learn. When Naarthies come down to South then also the Southerners are expected to learn...

Southerners are spineless and shameless guys.

The more pressing problem is the dwindling Hindu population of Kerala. With Muslims at 30 percent and growing in numbers and Christians at 20 percent,  Hindus are down to 50 percent which is ten percent less than the 60 percent Hindu population that brought Kerala into India in 1947. If the northerners are Hindus then they should be most welcome for they will increase Hindu population in the state.

Oh don't worry. Soon the Bangladeshis will follow and overwhelm them all. Where there is a Bihari, a Bangladeshi is destined to follow.
