how the tables have turned for Modi in just a few years, from having no visas earlier to travel to the U.S. because of being branded as a bad C.M. to the World Bank now calling him the best C.M. for business and economic activity.

Gujarat being #1 is not surprising. What is surprising is not seeing TN or Maharashtra among the top 5 but AP (which is royally screwed by Sonia in the state bifurcation process) being ranked just behind Gujrat at #2.
